About 2 weeks ago I played BG2 vanilla, a section at Underwater City and there was one talkative Beholder who guarded a chest. Well I laughed a bit, he was a nice guy for some reason unlike any other of his type. And I've made a peaceful arrangement with him and laughed once more.

To be honest I can't think of that many games which made me laugh. Especially new games, that's really odd.
Possibly Sam & Max Hit the Road.
Edna & Harvey the Breakout, no doubt, but previously played probably Thimbleweed Park.
To be honest, I don't even remember the last time something really made me laugh in general. I'm just not in the habit of laughing out loud, I guess the most you can usually get out of me is a chuckle ... That being said, The Procession to Calvary was a rather amusing adventure game I played recently.

Lair of the Clockwork God is still waiting on my To Play list, but I've got it installed already. Thanks for the reminder!

Sniper - Art of Victory

... but not for good reasons !
Do the various Cyberpunk 2077 youtube videos count?
The Bard's Tale 2004. Postal 2: Paradise Lost also gave me a lot of good laughs a few years ago.

Random_Coffee: The Bard's Tale 2004.
YES! I played through that the other year and thought it was hilarious. Untitled Goose Game also brought a smile to my face.

I do tend to find that games where people go "it's so funny!" fall a bit flat - I don't know if it's the weight of expectations or whether I have a weird sense of humour.
Probably not the last game but Mister Torgue in Borderlands 2 was great. His constant macho yelling about nonsense and EXPLOOOOOSIONS had some really great moments.

Wasn't me playing, but was quite long ago, but I believe I laughed when watching a Throne of Bhaal video in which an NPC reloaded the game.
Worms W.M.D.
Journey to the Savage Planet
[Nox Archaist NPC name spoiler]

Just playing Nox Archaist, I ran into a character whose name is "NPC $68".
Postal 2. Got it for free a while back but just decided to play it. Crude humor at its best.
Ah yes, Postal 2 and Shantae also had some very funny moments. And There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension looks really interesting, I think I'll pick up that one and try it soon. :)
