Since i'm new here,can i ask where is the option/page for request an refund? The game i want to refund have some massively problem on my system and it's still in the 30 days guarantee.

GOG will want to go over the problem and attempt a fix before you get a refund, just FYI.

Go to the support section:
http://www.gog.com/support/contact

Choose the first option and then the game you have trouble with. You'll then see on the right site the option "I can't find solution for my problem" which leads you to the ticket creation. Describe your problem, mention the refund thing and then they'll try to help you solve the problem and if they can't solve it give you a refund.
