Also steam is great. When you play in offline mode for more than a month it locks you out of all your games until you get back online so fk steam.

I'm still waiting on a refund myself for Cyberpunk 2077. I think it's pretty comical introducing a new updated refund policy
back in February 2020. And not having a sound refund system in place. A less confusing system like, have the refund option next to the game in purchase history of the users account, would of made sense click on refund>give description>Cash or gog credit option>Submit>Indicate how long it may take to the customer.

And have an indication Saying Refund Pending ,what a nice simple process it could be and less stress or confusion for support as well. Then the customer could relax and not question if support have seen an email or get confused with an automated response basically saying take the credit its the easy option for us. I know it would of stopped me sending a bunch of spam to them.

Bullhonky. The slowness and alien responses were a problem before this all wound up, and GOG's response as a company has been...practically non-existent?

There have been positions at GOG that have been opened for months and I doubt anyone within would lie to themselves and say they didn't know why the applications weren't coming.

You arent wrong, communication isnt one of gog's talents.
Yeah, I've been waiting on a response from GOG for my Cyberpunk 2077 refund for 3 days now. I thought that was long until someone in another thread pointed out that they waited 30 days back in May before they got a reply and refund.

Why even pretend to offer a refund policy if it involves waiting for the customer to simply give up for forget?
Just got my refund, it may be due to the weekend as I put my request in on Friday but I got a response and refund first thing on Monday.

Edit:

If you are still having issues with a refund contact https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_

They are a GOG Blue and is really good at expediting refunds.
