Theres currently that humble deal now on HB which nets you a few mediocre total war games and a few good total war game for a rather cheap price but its almost been 5 month since I specifically bought anything steam based for myself and not for giveaway.

I mean for $1 it is rather cheap but just thoughts on you guys, will it ever come to gog? Even shogun 1 they tossed it over to steam.
GOG needs to catch and reel in the Sega fish for that to happen.

Who knows? Sega hasn't signed a deal with GOG yet, so I doubt we would see the series here soon (for sure, not before the bundle ends).
No sega game on gog so far? Could be just a japanese thing to being driven away by the lack of drm I suppose.
I always said we will not see any Bethesda games on Gog . I was wrong .
Now i'm saying we will not see any Sega , Microsoft or 2K , Take2 games on Gog . ;)

oh well, $1 on steam is still $1 i can spend elsewhere then i suppose.
Technically, there should be no difficulty getting at least the early TW games here (Shogun, Medieval, Rome, Medieval II) and these would be great additions to the Catalogue.

Now, when it comes to "mental" barriers, I suspect Sega is one of the difficult publishers, one that could make it a question of principle not to sell from a drm-free platform. Yet I thought the same of Bethesda and their ealier games are here now.
Unfortunately, Sega as a PC publisher seem to be pretty in love with Steam at the moment.

I suspect the major issue are the steamwork integration but like you said these title shouldnt pose too much of an issue to be put on here just like bethesda earlier games. Not that any of the newer one are any better :p

Still waiting for Bethesda to give us the remaining 2 Quake games and its expansions (Is Quake 4 considered Classic Enough?), Doom 3+Resurrection of Evil, Wolfenstein 3D and Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and mabye Oblivion.

No Sega games here yet. One reason may or may not be GOG's reluctance to enforce wide regional locking (Sega is unwilling to sell their games to their Japanese Steam customers).

And I am still waiting for Full Throttle, Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tenticle.

Whats taking Disney or DoubleFine so long?
Region lock is a form of drm by itself, just like how Konami hates SEA region money and will never release reveangeance there. I know a lot of my mate who cant buy it and thus were force to pirate it, or get a ps3 which is absurd because the distributor has sole right to that region.

Is DF remaking the lot? I only knew about them remaking DotT (and I guess with a remake it's going to take as long as it takes).
