Visiting my profile, I saw that it is now not counting the number of games. And I can't even see the amount of time for all games, saying I don't have any.

I can only see the last four... Anyone with the same problem?

Same here. I thought it's just a result of privacy settings (not showing your games/library results in 0 presented on your profile).

GOG is aware and trying to fix it, but will likely ultimately forget about it.
I searched before, but I didn't find in the forum discussion with the same topic.

Anyway, thanks for the links.

That's because search is very limited and they haven't fixed that either. I'm only able to search for a single word, even if I use quotes.
Five days and they still haven't fixed the problem. This bothers me...

Bigghu: Five days ...
What makes you say that?
It's been going on for at least 14 days already

Of all the possible problems I think the number of owned games on the profile page is a very low priority one.

neumi5694: is a very low priority one.
Nothing can be deemed as low priority. If you want something to be there, at least fix it to work properly.
If you don't want it there, remove it completely.
It's like something I've seen in people who have a non-working clock on the wall!! Then why do you have a clock there? Either fix it/replace the battery/whatever, or hang a picture at the same spot!

Well, you also can't check game stats because "you have no games" but GOG Galaxy can be used (more awkwardly) instead.
It took almost 2 months until the update notification bug was fixed, so I don't know if the severity of the problem is the holdup here.
The poor website developer is probably overwhelmed with work. Maybe they should hire another one to double the workforce. If this is not how it is, they probably keep losing developers at a rapid pace. Some companies are plagued by this problem.

You obviously don't work in the software industry :) Lots of things can be deemed as low priority, especially cosmetic problems like this one.
And yes, it's cosmetic. A clock has a function. This number does not. Nothing depends on it, neither downloading nor playing, nor posting, nor anything. Zhis is just a number without any effect. I would not even had noticed without these posts here,

You can still see the number of your games while hovering your mouse over the profile button.

It worked for many years. Now there's a very minor problem and people start to panic because of a missing number.

I didn't say that it hasn't been fixed because of the severity.
I say: Don't get your hopes up. The staff is well aware that they have more important things to do. And also don't act as if the world is ending because of a missing number (not to you in person, but generally speaking).

If you ask me, this is connected to the latest server synchronization problems. Some games could not be downloaded because of ipv6 Problems or problems with their ISP routing to the GOG servers.
I believe they have internally similar problems, the server hosting the profiles for example can't reach the server which manages which games were bought. So when he got the signal "Dude, something changed. Update your data", it could not retrieve the correct number and now displays 0. That would also explain, why people say that the change happened when they bought something or refunded something. Once GOG get that connection back up and running it will be fixed.

But that's what I mean. If they deem it not necessary/not useful/not important, then they should remove the numbers completely, and not let it show that the numbers aren't functional. I didn't say it as a bad thing. I meant it's better not to be there at all, than to be there and isn't working.

And that's what I mean: Removing it also costs time. It's not important enough for that. They'll fix it, just give it time.
If I am right, this missing number is only a side effect of something else and will work once the source of the problem is fixed.
I repeat: You can see your number of games when hovering over the profile button.

You're right, I understand. Although others have stated in similar threads that THAT number was important for others to determine how many games one has got and, along with the now not showing rep, to determine if one was "good-willed" or a troll.

I've already got very few games (!), I don't want to buy a next game and to see there three zeros! :))
