I guess this topic has been around this place for long, I hope I'm not redundant.
I have just posted in an article of phoronix.com suggesting LGP (Linux Games Publishing) to work with gog.com to make their games playable on linux and these are the answers I got. Summarizing, linux support is an active concern of gog.com and there have been talks with LGP. This does not mean anything specific, but it has drawn a smile in my face and I just wanted to share.
EDIT: My name in phoronix.com is the same as here, look for it on the comments linked.

I fixed the link for you. You're not supposed to put quotation marks around the URL. Also, the URL seems to be only very peripherally linked to what you talk about in your post. It appears to be a page specific to the GOG version of Abe's Oddyssey, and there are no comments.
