...to remember stuff?.. I don't take pictures unless no one else does, and I don't go to the sort of parties you probably have in mind, and I vastly prefer raw originals in private cloud-storage to crappy jpegs on social networks I don't use, but I'm sure the principle is the same.

Must be some tame parties, if myself or any of my mates were to post the pics we take during a pissup someone would get beaten beyond recognition.

I can't really comment, since I'm that rare guy who actually carrying a real camera :/
