I wanted to know if I could use my username to log in instead of my email since I am having some issues loging in with it.

Nope, e-mail only. What kind of problem are you having with using your e-mail?

well I bought a game at work this morning since it was on sale and created the account at the same time it took me to the download page and I logged out. I just recently went on to download the game and my email that I used wont let me log in but my username is still taken and my credit card was charged the $5 so I know its there.

Which is why I was hoping I could have logged in with my username =(

Have you gotten a confirmation email for your order? If not, it sounds like you mistyped your email address during account creation. In which case you're more or less out of luck, I'm afraid.

You can try writing GOG support, but I'm not sure they'll be able to help you in that particular scenario.

You should have received some kind of "Welcome to GOG" e-mail after signing up, as well as an e-mail receipt for the game you purchased. Did you get either of those? If not, is it possible that you simply entered your e-mail incorrectly (when creating the account)? You should probably also contact GOG directly through the support section of the site. They don't really check the forums for problems like this and if your e-mail is faulty in any way, they are really the only ones who can fix it.
