Just eBay, Amazon, and similar places... It goes for an insane amount since it never got released outside of Japan, yet is completely in English and thus is easily playable in its current form.

It was released both in Japan and Europe on the MegaDrive

Anyway, not entering since I've already played and beaten the game, but good luck to whoever wins it, I'm talking in terms of actual good luck playing it, this game has a very steep learning curve and is difficult but extremely rewarding

Awesome game, thanks for the giveaway! I already have it, so don't include me. You can get in a big collection of Sega games on PC for about $22 as well. I'll probably get that on GG eventually.

Alien Soldier is also on the Wii Virtual Console for $9. I bought it there before I knew it was on PC for Steam/GG/etc. Or maybe it wasn't on those sites yet then, don't remember for sure.
