joriandrake: Yes, you too
The irony is this is the kind of thing I tried to escape Twitter from, but the events reemerge in new threads here again and again as well, I guess I should get active on Twitter again o.O
Cadaver747: We are clearly in information war these days. So it's quite difficult to ignore the pressure. Our president wants to be *unified and strong*.
I'm not happy with bringing it up, I just needed to speak up to mitigate uncertainty. It's nice to know that people are thinking. Bad thing is it doesn't change much. So we can only wait and hope. There is still little possibility to resolve this diplomatically.
Maybe, just maybe, Islamic terrorists would be chosed as a scapegoat (doubt it).
Or we just get resources to bargain.
Or Europe suddenly revolts against pressure of USA and / or Russia.
When I was a kid many elders told me that I most certainly reach the next world war. That it's inevitable, and only a matter of time. War is the instrument for abuse. Wars announced despite the people's will.
You seem like a decent guy, usually the Russians I read from are blindly "Putinist".
Sure, the "other side" also makes mistakes and there are some intended fake news too, like the mentioned bear scene at the crash site.
You should consider being more active in communication yourself, maybe help out LiveUAmap or the Russian Euromaidan on Twitter. Be warned though that they are obviously a bit biased, but at the same time try their best to remain factual and spread information everywhere. "stopfakenews" is also a good idea to check for what happens in the true battlefield of this war: Media

Russian is also somewhere, but I don't find the link right now
It is interesting what they gathered, got some renown in western journalism by now.

As mentioned earlier, I myself avoided Twitter now for a long time, I just had to get rid of it all, but here is my profile in case you want to check it out.
https://twitter.com/joriandrake I got a bit more involved than I wanted originally, had an event where I helped an Ukrainian girl flee occupied Crimea as example, and I got a few contacts during the last months which even surprised me. Not being a politician it still feels a bit weird to have EU politicians, an embassy, UN representatives, and a president follow me o.O
(not lying or boasting, just stating the fact, look through follower list)
