Sorry if this is considered advertising or so, then please just delete the thread.
I had a pleasant experience with Amazon customer service.
I bought a game (Steam code) there that was 0.01 USD at over 99.9p off. Then I tried to buy another one but the price suddenly switched to 32.99 USD which I didn't notice and clicked on ok after entering my details.
Noticing the mistake, I did not use any of the both codes and wrote to the support, explaining the situation. I got a reply that the tech support looks into it.
Two days later now, I receive a mail from them, saying they refund me. The other purchase for 0.01 USD still is there. So I activated that code now. :-)
