I found this game on Greenlight and something about the drive of this dev really spoke to me plus the game looks amazing (he had my at Edward Gorey).

Anyway, while I have cut way back on my KS donations, this is one I felt the need to support. Read the Greenlight page and decide for yourself but don't wait - it ends tomorrow (23 hours or less).

Well that looks... interesting.
This looks like one that just might inch its way past the finishing line. I really like the art style, from what I saw I hope it doesn't rely too much on stock gore/horror imagery (creepy dark-haired girls, Glasgow smiles, ALL TEH BLOOD) but this definitely has the potential to do something interesting with the genre (especially after seeing how the game's demo ends, I always enjoy a good mindfuck tale).

As someone who knows nothing about game development, I've been wondering... what is it the makes game development, even of the independent variety on software you probably already have (if it wasn't free software to begin with) so damn costly? Especially for games like this which, at the surface, seem pretty minimal in approach, from mechanics to the animations (I first heard about this game via Jesse Cox and Josh Mattingly's dual playthrough of the demo).
looks pretty good. I don't know how this should help me with depression, though.
16 hours to go and still needs a little under $9K :\

Hope you guys downloaded the demo, will probably all you're going to get unfortunately..........

If any of you have a NeoGaf account I'd suggest posting there, they're pretty receptive of indie titles.

Let's just hope the devs aren't that stupid and have some money to push it. If they don't have it, I'd rather be glad they wouldn't see a dime from it.
Got almost $5K in 7 hours, might make it after all......
9 hours and just over 4k, they might just make it.

Its an interesting idea but not one that I find appealing, Having had mental health issues myself I have enough trouble on my own without living other peoples nightmares aswel

I hear you but I like that he's working towards educating others about this horrible disease - because it is an illness and not something you can just snap out of, the way many seem to think that have never suffered from it.
