We could not work that out due to problems with Amazon, so...
If anyone is up for that trade (where you will receive a bonus :D), let me know. :)

I am in Hawaii. They don't ship food items, or light bulbs to us. Not sure why.

In my experience, .com has less shipping restrictions (none for books, DVDs, etc., some for games/software) while the .co.uk site restricts all games/software.
However, for Europe, you can even buy most of the games from co.uk as they will ship most of them to Europe, just not RoW.
I disagree. Almost all games I bought on Amazon shipped to HK came from .co.uk.

Yeah, but there's a big difference there, namely that Hong Kong used to be a British colony. But if you read their help files now, you'll notice that they only ship to primarily the UK and places in Europe. RoW is no longer served.
From their FAQ:
PC & Video Games, Toys & Games and Software items and accessories
* United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

ah, if only I saw this thread earlier.. then again, you probably wouldn't want to put butt plugs, bondage restraints, and lube in your basket.

Yep, If it worked on the other stores it would be all easy, sadly it isn't accepted...
I've heard about services like El_Caz said, but it varies from country to country, it isn't easy to find a good company. Someone from Macedonia could best answer him, about a trustworthy courier.

One thing really stupid in Amazon is this, at the .com, is that they send Movie discs and Music discs to any country, but they can't f*ing send a Game disc to this same country. That's so pre-2000. :(

Did you emailed the .com store about this credit?
It really depends at which store and which products you are buying. You need to add the items to the cart/basket, so they check product vs. address I guess.
A few weeks ago I've tried to buy the starcraft battlechest at the .com, and fine they can ship it to me. But, just by adding diablo battechest/or some specific games, it doesn't ship anymore.

Most likely this is due to requests by the publishers. A lot of the games they won't ship when first released, they will then ship around 12 months later. Which reeks of publisher prevention to stop earlier imports. =/

Yes, I did, and they told me that the money can't be transfered between their sites, because apparently all of them operated separately, even though they carry the same name. I found one or two stores on Amazon.com that ship to Macedonia, but the prices of the games are like... 70$ for Warcraft 3 and... you get the picture, and also require an additional 20-30$ for shipping, meaning the whole 100$ will go for one game,.
I also tried gifting the money back to akwater, but sadly, they cannot be gifted back.
I can use the money to buy the Warcraft: The Archive book, and some OceanLab's Sirens of the Sea Remixed album, but wanted to know first if there are people who want to do an exchange.
If there are any US citizens here planning on getting something from Amazon.com anytime soon, let me know here. :)
