Broken Sword III: The Sleeping Dragon is an example of an excellent adventure game that used only keyboard.
Duke Nukem 3D - Atomic Edition... back in the days we didn't even knew that you can use the mouse to aim :))

Well, I don't know what type of games you like, but here is a small list:

RPGs:

Ultima I - VI can be played using only keyboard. Ultima VI might be a slight challenge but you can get used to it.
Worlds of Ultima: Savage Empire and Martian Dreams can also be played using only keyboard (much like Ultima VI)
Sentinel Worlds I: Future Magic and Hard Nova are keyboard only.
Eye of the Beholder I can be played using only keyboard.
Quest for Glory 1 and 2 can be played with keyboard only.

Adventure:
King's Quest 1 - 4 can be played using only keyboard.
Space Quest 1 - 3 can be played using only keyboard.
Maniac Mansion and Monkey Island can also be played using only keyboard.
Indiana Jones the Last Crusade can be played using only keyboard.
Conquest of Camelot and Conquest of the Longbow can be played using only keyboard.

Arcade:
Flashback, Another World (Out of this World), Duke Nukem 1 and 2 can be played using only keyboard.
Prince of Persia series
Commander Queen Series

Action:
Wolfestein 3D
Duke Nukem 3D
Doom 1 and 2
Wing Commander 1 and 2.
Descent 1 and 2.

Simulation/Race:
Test drive 1, 2, and 3.
Outrun
Red Baron

Strategy:
Civilization I
Colonization


Those are the ones I remember.
The original Tomb Raiders were also keyboard only...
