I've noticed that a few reviews for AvP have been disapproving of getting your head ripped off by the predator, in fact it also seems the reviews for Dante's inferno felt that the gore was abit to much. I think both of theses games might of lost a few points for that aspect of presentation. Personally I dont care as long as someone 8 years old is not playing these types of games. Just seems abit hypocritical to me, with like Resident Evil 4 getting extremely good reviews, but having very graphic scenes such as your head getting chainsawed off. I think it was a good game I just don't remember people gripping about it really. Well what does this have to do with God of war 3, well you get to rip a gods head of in the game and personally I think it's in someways worse then what AvP has or Dante's Inferno, just the presentation of the scene is really brutal.. It will be interesting to see how well the game does critically and if reviewers even mention it much, seems liker theirs a lot of hype and if the same people who whined about the gore in avp and dante's inferno don't even mention God of war 3's brutal scene then what a bunch of hypocritical Bu**shit. I never remembered any of the God of war series being on the news for their sex scenes but when mass effect was released the media/news stormed for its inclusion of pretty much romancing a character. Anyway just my thoughts that reviews for certain games seem hypocritical.
