Like the title says i keep getting these emails from Blizzard saying my account is locked...the first time I changed the password, the second time I changed my email and password. Its kinda freaking me out Do you think this is someone randomly entering in my email trying to guess my password tripping blizzard to lock the account......? any suggestions ?
probably not, they do that a ton for really stupid reasons. Back when I used to play WoW whenever I would take a break for a day or two they would lock it because it was suspicious I was not playing. While the system may be better now I'm thinking it would probably still be something like that.

Check if the e-mail is valid. Quite often it's a scam mail, that will not take you to blizzard's site, but will try to con you into giving it your account information.
Whenever you get such a mail, open a new browser tab, go manually to Blizzard, and check if your account is truly locked. I've had ~100 different blizzard accounts locked, despite having nothing to do with Blizzard with that e-mail account.

Yeah, I get notices all the time in my 'throwaway' hotmail account that there are issues with my WoW account, that it's been locked and the same for my Diablo 3 account.

The real laugh is I don't even own a Blizzard game.

I never follow a link from an email I just deleted the email, then I accessed my account from the web and both times it was locked.
yeah there are a lot of fake ones going around. Check if it's coming from battle.net and not from battle.com or something. Or just close it and play torchlight 2 ;). jk i liked diablo 3 but it didn't hold my interest, maybe the same will hapen with torchlight 2 in a week who knows...
i got the same emails. for diablo 3 and wow

i don't even play those games (but i do not remember if i ever created an account with blizzard)

they are spam

if you had been clicking the link then you might have given away your password and then real blizzard contacted you because they found out that someone changed your password via a malicious site.
I remember that one, I got one last week.. it was fake.
I've only used Battle.net for the Diablo 3 beta so I wasn't too concerned, but it also said something like blizzard@yahoo.com or something in the reply-to address and it was sent to a bunch of e-mail addresses including mine.
Back in the day spammers would actually take the time to fake the reply-to address and send individual e-mails. The new generation takes no pride in their work I guess.

They are real because when i went to my account ( not from the link from the email I just delete it) my account is locked

Did you contact Blizzard support? That would be the first thing I'd do if the account is actually locked.

Ok i will do that
I get that mail too from time to time. It's just a scam - pay no attention to it.
Do not click any links in those e-mails.

There's a lot of spam flying around that mimics official e-mails (which they do a lot better these days - man, I recall when the messages they sent were barely legible) from game companies, but what you need to keep in mind is that a) you don't get a warning if something looks weird; they lock the account immediately as a precaution, and b) logging in verifies if the message is real or not. (They'll sometimes lock your account to be on the safe side if you log in from a different country than normal).
The Blizzard system sometimes has a problem with changing IPs. A friend of mine was also locked quite often because he had often had different IPs because of travelling for working reasons.
As long as you don't use the link in emails to avoid harmfull websites and check this on the blizzard site everything is fine. You just end up chaning the password often.
