Title says it all. I have organization set to "Manual," and while I can click and drag to rearrange the stuff in the Games tab, I can't do the same with my Movies for some reason.

Let support know:

Just did that now. Hopefully they'll reply soon.
It's been a week, and no word from support.
I had this bug once with the games and I could arrange them again after I switched from the shelf and manual sorting to the list view and back again. No idea if this will help with the movies but you could give it a try.
By the way, am I the only one with an empty space where the beta for The Witcher Adventure Game used to be? That only seems to happen when sorted by date.

No you are not. This bug was existing before and with the removal of the Witcher Adventure Game it became even more widespread. Here the thread with the most posts about it:

I think it's a general problem (at least I have the same problem). Will write to support tomorrow as well.

That was actually the first thing I tried. It didn't work.
I have this problem too. Games work fine on manual but movies doesn't.
I finally got an answer and it seems they are not going to fix the problem immediately:

"Hello, I apologise for some parts of our site not working properly.
We are currently in a transition process, and because of that some parts of our service might not work as intended. Our website team is working hard to get rid of known bugs and to make your experience smoother and more friendly. Moreover, some parts, like your account, are scheduled for a complete overhaul, which will definitely fix the most troublesome issues. Unfortunately I am unable to predict when exactly the new version will be released, I can only ask you for your patience and understanding.
I also apologise for this once again."

Seems we have to wait for the great overhaul.
