The Buy 1 and Get 1 Free promotion ended on Sunday 21, September. The codes were sent by email straight after purchase which met the conditions of the promotion.

I got my code immediately after purchasing my first game. Did you register BEFORE Sep 7th? That's the only way to get the code. Also check your spam email just in case.

Your beta key application, or your new account? Which has to have been in by 9/7?
I've been applying for beta since around 9/1 but got the key on 9/10.

i haven't gotten one either. i bought my game last night at around 6 or 7. i haven't gotten the code yet. any ideas why?

Yeah I think this is a really cool idea. I bought Fallout, and am probably going to get Fallout 2 with the code. I was considering getting Fallout Tactics, but not too sure about that.

Hi, by accident, I entered my email ending with gmail.com at the early access beta, but entered my email ending with googlemail.com for my gog account. It's basically the same adress, it simply ends differently. Is there any way I could still benefit from the offer?
If not, it's not so bad, since it's just 5$, but hey, a guy can ask, right? ;)

I have been on a support call for about 3 days now, and no response - (For the same issue), I posted about it before and was told to contact support which I did. Time is running out and I'd like to be able to use my free game code before it runs out. :(

I have a similiar problem:
Got my code several days ago and just wanted to use it before time runs out now.
Put the "Conquest of the New World" from Interplay into my cart and entered my code, but it doesn't work.
There only appears a red line that says "My_cart_...sorry"-something like this.
So my code doesn't work and I don't know why, sendet a message to support and waiting for answer.

I had an issue where I received the beta key, the account info, the receipt... but not the bonus game code.
Turns out that my Yahoo! account had decided to mark that particular email as spam. I only realized this after customer support retrieved my bonus game code. I checked my spam folder in my Yahoo! account, and there it was...
