Before I get any comment, I wish to make clear that I have sent a description of my problem to support, but I know that there have been similar cases before and that the support staff is also forum active.
During the purchase of the Square Enix promo I mistakenly chose Deux Ex 2, instead of the first one. I missed it during the purchase screen (too many games bought here made the whole process automatic), so imagine my dread when I saw it on my game shelf. Now I know that GOG has been known to reimburse orders (as long as you haven't downloaded anything), but I don't remember any case where a particular game was removed/changed for another. Another problem is that I bought Perimeter together with the games in the promo, meaning that I may lose the game if the order gets cancelled.
So, have any of you fellow GOGers had any any similar experiences?
PS: Please, no words of support for Invisible War. I'm traumatised enough for buying as it is.
