I have been checking this website monthly in hopes of finding this title listed here. is there a barrier or a thread already in place which relates to this?

Since Matrix Games are selling re-releases of them (and at $45 for a download) I don't think they will ever be here :(

That's quite mad. Not sure if its more or less mad than this gentleman trying to sell his games onto the Windows Store.

Well, no. But the price...I'm quite hesitant. And they've been developing for over 10 years, I'd estimate. I contacted them about listing on GOG, where I found out he was trying Windows Store instead.
