I've got the same problem a couple of other people have when trying to buy CiV 4 Complete.
Is there any way around it or is there someone who wants ( If that's possible. ) to buy it for me so that I can pay them through PayPal? ( Or give a GOG game for that matter? )

I saved myself the hassle and just bought the UK retail copy of Civ IV Complete (minus Colonization, though).

Nope it's not. Weird huh? Must have something to do with the right or whatever..

That's a good question but shouldn't the service then just reject the attempt to gift it to an account not located in the listed countries?

So, gifting DOES WORK???
WOOHOO! (well, not to much now...)
I mean, I've been also wanting to Civ 4 Complete for quite a while (I only have the vanilla CIV 4, and in Brazil then don't sell ANYWHERE the warlords and colonization expansion pack) and I sure was quite sad to see it was region restricted (just like steam too! It's a Civilization 4 conspiracy).
How long does this sale lasts? I have no monies on my paypal account right now.
