I can't get the downloader to work it keeps pausing and unpausing. If i try direct link I get error 403 forbidden. WTF is going on? Never had any problems until; last week . Even disabled AV and Malware bytes Filed a complaint but no answer.

This can happen when you change your IP address. Is your connection weak and reconnects often?
