I'm asking this in all the forums I'm registered in (I always use the name predcon, or predcon1, just in case you're on the lookout), but is it true that Christopher Walken got his start as a child star on the Ernie Kovacs show? I'd heard that his mother was part of the production staff on the Kovacs show, and got Chris on one of Ernie's sketches (namely, the one where Ernie was a professor on a kiddie science show, you know, one of those "Mr. Wizard types", and the experiment was the one where you light a match, and toss it down a milk bottle, and put a hard-boiled egg on top, and the vacuum would suck the egg down). I used to have this particular sketch bookmarked on YouTube, but apparently it was in violation of some sort of IP contract or whatever (I think NBC owns Kovacs old tapes?) , and so it was removed from my Favorites list, though several other Kovacs sketches remain. Go Figure.
