I'm not sure it counts but in 1983 Dragons Lair was released for Arcades - it is a first laserdisc video game. It was ported to every game system ever (1989 to PC I think but I am not sure if there was any voice in this one).
Also I am not sure if 1989 release was before or after Ys Book 1&2. Still 1983 arcade version was fully talkie and has smooth cartoon animations.
