I would be really happy the staff at GOG added the game Severance:Blade of Darkness to their list. I used to play the game all the time, and it's aged really well. The combat system was also great. Have a look at the game here

The blood is the incredible part, I still haven't seen a game with blood that flows that well

That would be good, because I tried installing it on Windows 7 this week and it wouldn't run.
The AI could have been better though, I used to throw guards' severed heads into rooms full of monsters and they'd just ignore them; would have been more amusing if they'd run away in fear :).
