Baldurs Gate, got most of the way through it but then hit dopplegangers in candlekeep that were remarkably hard to kill and the only spells I had were area effect ones, they were kind of counterproductive when I use them, fry the innocents and end up with dopplegangers AND guards attacking me
This week I got real Myst from GOG and decided to travel a bit around the island exploring a bit. After solving the puzzles that opened each age by myself, I decided to travel a bit around the ages. Then, I realized I could finish each one by myself, without any kind of gamefaqs help.
I never thought I could beat Myst alone. And I'm rather shocked in how easy it actually was.
Fallout 2
Baldurs Gate (both 1 and 2)
Arcanum
Morrowind
Oblivion
Dragon Age
Half-Life 1 (and all those expansions)
Trine (but that is because it becomes horribly repetitive and not because I'm distracted)
Braid
And a whole bunch of the Warhammer: Dawn Of War games.
I've got about 100 games I've never completed. One of these days, though...
Lots and lots of games. Aside from FPS's Usually I stop right before the end. I'm actually surprised by this but I actually completed Oblivion even though by then I had developed an acute hatred of it. On the upside I now have no qualms about bashing it to hell.

Oblivion, I reinstall it now & then, get part way through the main quest (I'd say not even half) then just... can't be bothered playing further. While it's okay to play around in, I just can't keep myself interested to finish the main storyline.
Most titles I play right through, though there is certain to be many little ones I've played for a few hours, gotten my $ worth of entertainment and then never touched.
A lot of late 90s RPGs would fall into this category with me.
Nethack. I think it's a feature actually. ;)
Most Final Fantasy games. I am ashamed. So far I've only beat Tactics Advance, I, III, IV and X. Oh, and I guess Dissidia and Crisis Core.

1st Baldur's Gate, played through it so many times with so many different character classes I've just completely lost count. Can't for the live of me end Sarevok though, I always get distracted by another game or something when I reach him too because I've never had a proper battle where I'm really going for the tactics.
The sequel and it's expansion, Icewind Dales and Never Winter nights have all been finished, to compensate! xD

Wishbone: I never finished the original StarCraft. I got stuck on a Protoss mission where you had 2 or 3 other Protoss factions against you, and they kept attacking in wave after wave, never giving me time to build up anything.

Don't remember which one this is exactly, but there's a point in the game where killing everyone gets too complicated and it's easier to just complete the objective to win. If the mission you're stuck in is the one where you have to destroy the nexus of the conclave, then all you have to do is reach the faction that is the furthest away from you (I think it's around bottom right) and destroy the nexus they have there. Boom, end mission. It's not easy though. You basically have to defend your base AND attack theirs at the same time. Cannons and reavers are your friends.

HereForTheBeer: I never managed to beat Half Life. The first time around it crashed repeatedly at the same point in the game....

bansama: Half Life always crashes for me at around the point you get the crowbar at an encounter with a headcrab. Always. But after getting past that crash (which may take several attempts) the rest of the game is fully playable.
Although there are apparently several more bugs in the Steam based versions and I have never been able to finish it when run from Steam. But the retail disc versions I have play ok asides from that one bug.
Personally, I've never completed a GTA game. I have far more fun with the sandbox elements and find most of the missions in the games to be far less enjoyable, so I just play the bare minimum to open up the whole world and then forget the story line completely.

Had same bugs with Half Life, but when Half Life 2 came out I spent countless hours getting it working so I could complete the story.
Also, never completed Tex Murphy Overseer (DVD Version) due to the common bug close to the end :(
turtles on the NES. that game was fookin' brutal.
