A_Future_Pilot: So...we know GOG doesn't stand for anything anymore, but I do believe I've found its namesake: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gog_(film)
(So basically that little robot is now the mastermind behind all of these wonderful DRM-free games.)
Grargar: Please fix the link. You forgot to add the closing parenthesis.
Fixed...I'm not sure how that even happened...it seems that the forum software automatically assumes a URL ending in ) does not actually include the closing parenthesis, and puts it outside of the [ /url ] block.
groze: I think the OP was just joking around, and I thought it was funny, personally, but I'm afraid this will be another bait thread to all the whiners who think GOG should focus only on classics and keeping their closed community closed -- and closed-minded -- forever.
Yes I'm entirely joking around :) I just noticed when I googled GOG (on accident, btw, because this isn't my normal computer and it didn't auto add ".com" like I'm used to), that there was a movie with the same name, and thought I could give someone else a laugh :)
