Yes, NecroVision Lost Company has Securom on it. I downloaded it.
The point of reselling something is that you lose your product and get money instead. How do you sell a digital product that can be copied and recopied for back up purposes or whatever? Unless you're talking account numbers for multiplayer games of some sort, I really don't see how they'll be able to implement reselling and what good will it do a digital company to do so.
Only way I see it is with a permanent connection online and getting keys with your new games, forcing you to register in order to play it. Resell the game, lose your key and you can no longer play your game, no matter if you reinstall it.
I spent a small fortune on Lost Company. :P
So far so very Steam-like, but like a more primitive Steam, back before it learnt a lot of valuable lessons. Hopefully the little green guy won't be as slow to catch up as Valve were to innovate.

You're allowed to resell the games. Naturally there's going to be DRM. With SecuROM, the problem isn't that it's being used, but how it's being used.

It's not so much re-selling as returning your activation key to the store for credit towards other games. If they have the re-selling process connected to the game's uninstall routine, then you don't need a permanent internet connection to play the game, you just need an active one when you install/uninstall it.
Well.......
With Darwinia for one penny, Uplink for one penny, and Necrovision for one penny, it would be rude not to - i missed these first time round.
Not sure I'll use the service much beyond these bargains though....

Other than the penny deals I don't care much for the site. Also don't even waste a penny on Uplink, it's free now on a mod called OnLink which is fully playable because it's made from source code released for free. OnLink is also better on top of being free so I lol'd at the thought of paying a little for it.
I'll pass this one. Steam and Impulse are enough for me right now.
This thing's got more problems than it has things that work. I'm having to download Lost Company again as it basically installed nothing at all.
Securom built into a client? Must be telling me not to use it.
I was duped again! I was hoping it was Greenman from Sunny :( I had forgotten all about this.
