Hey guys,
First off, just wanted to say what a great little gaming community this is, proud to be a part of such intelligent gamers, this is why i need your help today.
about 15-20 years ago i've played a game that until recently i've completely forgot. I'll tell you what i do remember and then i'm gonna tell you what I THINK I remember.
Things i DO know about this game:
The setting was Techno-punk with a little bit of a fantasy (Orcs,dragons,etc) It reminds me a lot of the first Syndicate. (The techno part)
The gameplay was similar to Fallout but without the complexity.
The view was 3/4 Isometric, similar to Diablo (yes, this game reminds me a lot of others)
The game itself is pretty short, i seem to remember finishing it in 2-3 days
I remember about mid-point in the game you visit a doctor to extract data out of your head, and he accidently sets off a timer to a bomb in your head that you have to do some things and visit another part of the city to get another doctor to disarm it.
The final boss was a dragon that lives in a huge Skyscraper....
Things that may or may not be true about this game:
At one point you visit a club and talk to the female owner and she's either a vampire or sends you on a mission to kill a vampire (or maybe not but i know you have to kill a vampire)
I think you visit a gang that lead by an Orc or Ogre and you either kill them or help them, not sure)
I THINK you can buy a few guns and cybernetic upgrades....
Sorry for the lack of more information guys but that's all i could drag out of this old head. I'm sure if i seen the name of the game i could tell you if it's right or not, I'd appreicate any help you can give guys, it's been haunting my thoughts for a while

Edit: Oh yeah guys..it's a PC game, i played it on my Mac all those years ago...(yes, i said Mac, lol)

the setting certainly sounds like a Shadowrun game (cyberpunk with fantasy stuff thrown in, like vampires, dragons and magic). Especially something similar to the game for Genesis/Mega Drive. Could there have been a PC/Mac port of that game?

Could you clarify that, please? It's a PC game... but you played it on your Mac 15-20 years ago? Not being a Mac user myself I'm not too familiar with specific details of the platform, but I didn't think there were any possibility of playing PC games on it at that time.

Sounds like the SNES shadowrun. Can't find any evidence of a PC or Mac port of that game though.

Yeah, has to be ShadowRun, the Cortex Bomb activated by the Street Doc, and the final boss was Drake, though he lived in a volcano, which was accessable from the Drake Tower's helicopter.
Seems like a neat game, i'll probably emulate it someday. ;D

Without a doubt it's SNES Shadowrun. You must have played it with an emulator or something.

Yes! Shadowrun, that's what it was, Guys thanks a lot and maybe i did play it on my SNES but i could have sworn i played it on the Mac.
