I wanted to ask this since i collected 7 stamps and got the message stating i would get an email. I checked my mail+spam folder and didnt get anything.

There is the possibility that the message got lost but this doesnt use to happen with my provider mail, which i suse for gog.

I didnt delete my mails since the beginning of the sales so i cant have deleted by mistake. Have there been any issues(gog running out of keys for this game,etc)?

check here if you want a key, seem no one has claimed it yet. If you get yours later, regift it.
