Although I probably should have said "economy" rather than "PR" in my post above. It's not that people would be mad, they'd just wait for the bundle rather than buying the game right away.

I think HIB's have traditionally come out at noon CST, which is in a couple of hours.

Thanks for the info. I hope you're right. This is the first time an android bundle has meant anything to me. So i'm getting interested in this, and can't wait to see what games they are going to include.

Shame on joystiq for putting out a story like that without any sources (the Waking Mars website, for the record, said no such thing).

The only other place online which carried the info was wikipedia. I was beginning to think it was fake, and it turns out that it was not to be. Which is a shame, because it wouild have been perfect timing.

The funny thing is though that the Wikipedia article cites the joystiq article as its source, which is where the trail goes cold.

Joystiq might lose some reputation for being reliable because of this.

I think Nov 6 was the actual date, but due to the leak the Humble Guys were having none of it. I mean, the Waking Mars FB page all but confirmed the release date on Nov 6, but we all know details of a HB bundle date or candidate are never to be outed before release date.

ok, the humble bundle 4 is out! and it has the Waking Mars :)

but I kind of hoped it would have some other games I want / don't have already...

It's not that good, that they very often offer the same games like Crayon Physics Deluxe, Machinarium and so on. I own them already three times. Only two of six games are really new: Waking Mars and Splice.
But it's also for charity. So ... I bought it.

Hmmmm... I tried Splice, but dont really know what to do in this game. OK I have to match the cells in the predefined form, but how can I do that? There is no real tutorial which explains the game mechanic step by step. :/
