Just a random question/recommendation - is it possible to make the integrity checks an optional...err...option within the installer itself? I'm on Win 7 and use the Downloader, which does its own unskippable integrity check following download, then get two individual integrity checks when the installer first runs. Yes, I can skip the installer ones, but it just seems stupid to have three integrity checks, one after the other. Especially given that, out of the hundreds of times I've downloaded something, I've never had a check fail or a game not install.

Run the installer as administrator and it'll do only one integrity check.

I'm aware turning off UAC/running as admin does it, but that still makes it two integrity checks with the downloader, one of which is unskippable. Plus I have it set to auto launch the installer following download, which even if you're running the downloader as admin, launches it as a normal user.

I'm just of the opinion it would be better to have it as something optional. It's a minor quibble, really.

It won't if you're on XP or if you disabled UAC.

I'm on Win7 and UAC is definitely enabled.
