Just wondering if this service is completely legal, and thought maybe some of the community members have taken law courses, or know a few things about law. For those of you who dont know its a large movie site where prices range from 1-3 dollars. You pay with paypal and download away. The site has been up for quite along time and I think the servers are in Russia.

If it has not been taken down it is probably legal. Though I wouldn't trust it.

If it's a Russia-centric service, that explains why the price is so cheap: To compete with the movie piracy market. The same thing happens with video games in Russia, I think.
