Thats totally awesome! :D
Thinking of manhacks, playing HL2 I'm only using the crowbar to get rid of them. Is that correct? Or will a pistol/machine gun suffice?

Its okay I guess. I mainly used the pistol and the shotgun, and I think they fall faster with the shotgun, it only takes like one hit, if I remember correctly.

Once you get the gravitygun you can just catch them and smash them in a wall. Well, before that they're just so annoying, but SMG and crowbar at close range + pistol at long rage is ok.
i see you guys played too much HL2

Does not compute. Syntax error.
Not only is it a cool prototype, but impressively capable, even in its current state. I can definitely see the US militarising these.
This isn't man-steered, right? Probably programmed trajectories through a known space filled with clear orientation points (those red lamps, for example). Getting these things to navigate through unknown terrain in a similar manner probably isn't trivial at all (you'd need an AI and stuff like that).
Still, the movements are pretty impressive, very smooth and controlled.

Now we know where they're going to go with this.
We're doomed.

Incidentally, that's what I study (A.I.). We often joke about how a major breakthrough in the field would most likely lead the end of humanity. Hmm.. they really *should* give us a course on ethics.

Well, if you were an AI, you'd realise that most of humanity posed a threat to your continued existence so...
