Hey just in case you guys didn't get the memo MechWarrior 4 is now free via http://www.mektek.net/projects/mw4/ somehow they finally convinced Microsoft to allow them to release it so enjoy:P

BTW its legal and legit but it seems they are having trouble with their servers cause the link wont work for me so we might have to wait :(

By the way MTX downloader thing is really rubbish. It is free now but downloading it from MTX is really a pain. I downloaded the game from torrent and didn't use MTX thingy.

Lol I thought you posted because they finally got it out today. Yeah I gave up watching their main page 3 months ago, and guess what? Same thing, it's not out like they promised. I am glad they got the legality issues done with but this group seems to prematurely announce big things they can't handle or go through with for at least 6 weeks.

yeah I remember when the first announced it I was really excited so I waited and waited and waited and finally I gave up and stopped checking their web page lol I think its been over a year with all of the issues with Microsoft.

But it is actually out, its just a pain in the ass to download thanks to the requirement of the MTX client.
