Sorry, I see neither MIDI nor "chiptune" stuff there. They're just some plain, old, lovely MOD files :-P
There exists no such thing as a "chiptune" stuff for the PC, indeed.....
UPDATE: Well, there are OPL-generated tunes, indeed, so a "chiptune" scene for the PC DOES exist....
