If gog rejects game because the publisher refuses to meet gog's fair pricing and/or drm free standards, then that's not an unfortunate thing IMO, that's a fine and fortunate result.
If a game doesn't appear here for reasons having to do with something else, then it's likely a case of he said/she said as to who is actually "rejecting" who. If it's negotiations over splitting the revenue pie, then one can argue it's the publisher that is rejecting gog just as easily as saying that gog rejecting the publisher. The truth is they are simply unable to agree on a split.
