This was an extremely underrated gem. It made my personal list of "best games of 2002 that nobody played". If I'm not mistaken, it was a late XBox port released on the PC with almost no marketing, which may be why it was ignored by PC gamers at the time. For 6 bucks, and fan of third person action games will get their money's worth I think.
It looks OK, but I think I will wait to see what others say who buy the GOG version (how it plays, if there are any issues with it running, etc.).
This is frankly, a love-it or hate-it game. Don't know very many people (if any) that are in-between.

Rouman: Reminds me of Blade: The edge of Darkness, which was a very good game.
Has anyone played 'em both? Are they similar?

The English title was Severance: Blade of Darkness, which has already been mentioned :)
Don't know the game but I do like skulls!
More skull games, please!
Is this anything like Demon's Souls? <--- I love that game.

xxxIndyxxx: I didn't like it back then. A clunky action game like severance and rune. But i will dig it up and give it a shot.

LordCinnamon: I *loved* severance and rune!
<wishlists>

I meant to say that it was like those but not as good as those ;)
Here is a low quality video of gameplay

This is unexpected. I was aware of this game when it came out, but I passed it up because it never reached a price I liked before dropping off the shelves. I've heard pretty mixed things about it, but I've always wanted to try it.
All I know, the game looks pretty good for a 2002 game.

Don't know with this one for me. I know a few that might be interested in the steampunk influences it uses, so I'll forward it on to them and see if they know about it.

Starbreeze have always been good at graphics technology.
As someone else mentioned, this is being converted to the Wii at the moment. I don't know if that says more about Starbreeze's original 2002 tech, or the capabilities of the Wii (given that even with no improvements at all, this will be one of the better looking games on the console).
Enclave is a very fun hack&slash game. The combat isn't too deep but you can choose between an array of different characters with varying combat styles. It has some RPG elements but those mostly come down to searching for bags of money in levels and buying new equipment after missions.
Graphics are very good for a game that age, it has two campaigns which share most levels but are distinct enough nonetheless and for 5,99 it's an absolute steal in my opinion.
Enclave is one of the best fantasy action games I have ever played. 2 big campaigns, lots of characters, nice battles and bosses. I will buy it again so that I don't need to have the cds inside my drive( the original game was 3 cds). Go and get it people, you will love it!
