Not a comedy show about North Korea, rather a North Korean comedy show. Possibly aimed at proving they're funny but failing miserably. It's quite sad.
"If we soldiers see beans, we become happy," he said and laughs. "If we farm in the way the General tells us, we will become happy," she said and laughs.

Nothing amuses me more than native Asian comedians.
Government-sponsorship is icing on the cake.
