I really want to replay NWN2 thanks to the recent Obsidian news. I want a digital copy but they are no longer sold. How long should I wait to see if Hasbro gets its shit together before I relent and buy a fucking boxed copy?

I think they're back on GG already, at least the Dungeon and Dragons Collection, I believe the Neverwinter Nights one was as well.

Given that Baldurs Gate has been (re)-added as a registry entry on Steam as recently as 29-09-2012 it would seem Hasbro is at least active in some ways with their titles.

From what I remember the BG/NWN collections on GG are now published by Wizards of the Coast though? (Didn't they make Magic the Gathering? O_o)

Wizards purchased TSR in 1997, and all D&D products have since had Wizards' logo on them.

*edit* Also, Hasbro purchased Wizards in 98 or 99, but they still keep it as a separate brand.

Hm, since the D&D Collections are back up at Gamer's Gate, hopefully that means that NWN 2 will return to Steam at some point and hopefully will show up around here, as well.

Didn't realize about GG, thanks all. 25 Euro is a bit steep though, especially with DRM and since I have the Diamond Edition here.

I could gift you the two expansions on GG, if they are standalone. Bought them for nearly nothing. Couldn't get into NWN 2 base game, never touched them.
