Anybody remember these games? The were pretty awesome action rpgs with some intense fights. Had a pretty cool spell system too....
I thought maybe it sounded familar but nope, I checked it out on one of the longplay videos of it on youtube and I don't recognize it. Looks interesting though.

I really hope there's a legit way to replay all of these games one day, I miss my Amiga. I know it's mostly nostalgia but there's so many games I'd love to play through again.

There already is, sort of. Exactly how many games are legally available, I don't know.

But the Amiga truly had some fantastic games. Also, until 1995 or so, in cases where a game was released for both Amiga and DOS, the Amiga version was usually superior.

Please don't link to abandonware on this forum.

Sorry, I thought Abandonia had certain acceptable standards. Anyways, you are right, Amiga versions were generally superior to DOS versions. And this topic is starting to remind me of old Amiga games like Odyssey and Perihelion.

Yeah I checked Amiga forever a few years ago, can't quite remember what put me off the idea in the first place but the project doesn't seem to be maintained all that well. The links I tried supposedly containing legal/free games available for use with the emulator were either dead or outdated (cinemaware for example seems to be focused towards releasing versions of their games for ipad now.)

I'd like to see a revival in the way megadrive/genesis games are on steam, individually sold games, maybe bundles, emulated but standalone/preconfigured. Probably won't ever happen but eh. I miss Moonstone.

They do, for a given value of "acceptable". It is, however, still technically illegal, and linking to it (or to any other abandonware site) on the GOG forum is frowned upon.
