Well the game has been cracked - people I know are playing it right now.
On a side note: if you bought the game and are waiting for it to be delivered, it's actually legal in Europe to download it as well due to a law that allows for you to have a backup and even if you don't physically own the game yet, you own the license the minute it's in the mail (this has been confirmed by a friend at work who used to handle licenses for big companies). A judge ruled in favour of someone using a crack because, so the judge ruled, it was part of being able to have a backup since you can't make a working backup without such a crack.
Just please guys, if you DO download it because you're impatient and your game hasn't arrived yet, do NOT use any source that involves sharing. I'll personally make myself finish Witcher 1 first (for a third time) so I have a savegame to use so hopefully my copy will have arrived in a few days.
