Skreczi sent me a text message about this. I just woke up, picked up my mobile and, when I read the beginning - "The president's plane (...)" - I thought he sent me some kind of dark joke. Then I turned on the TV.
Since I live in Warsaw, I'll go pay my respects... Never thought of myself as a sentimental type, nor did I like our president, but I can't deny it's a bloody horrible tragedy... 96 people dead, just like that..
Now we can all grieve and wait for the political shitstorm that's bound to happen. "We shoulda replaced the planes" etc... Not to mention how many other important officials are now gone.
