I always do my holiday shopping in December, so have not bought a single gift yet, it's too soon for me - the Christmas decorations and all that start so early (almost two months earlier) kinda put me off.

Ty, its been a great half year since July of my new job. I'm better off financially with my semi-new job (5mo) and almost out of debt. No stress and poor health from my former retail job that I worked for a decade.

I feel good karma has already given back to me thanks ^_^ So yes this a celebration to a good year like I've never had before so I'm sharing that joyous experience with other wonderful gog forum members. That moment of happiness =D

I don't go shopping early.. I always wait until the last week of December.. I like to see so many people in the city's center walking, shopping, being happy & generally being stress-free... Shame this happiness lasts only some days and then, a few days later, there is total chaos again.. :D

To answer your question, no, I haven't done any holiday shopping yet, but I'm checking amazon prices for video games like once a week.

Haven't started holiday shopping yet. I usually think about starting Black Friday. Pro-tip: if you don't like lines and don't care about the super-duper limited quantity deals, go in the morning, hours after the sale has started. Seriously, I walked into Wal Mart one year at 9 am and it was a ghost town. All the crazy shoppers had moved on to the next opening sale. And there were still a great number of sales to be had.

Although the Christmas decorations are all over the place, it still feels too early for me. Besides we do all of our gift shopping after the 15th of December. In the meantime we just watch all the decorations of the shops!
