I'm mostly spurred (see what i did there?) into starting it by Newcastle winning today, but am more encouraged by the current Man U result (result not yet in, I expect they'll pull it back).

Ive never understood the obsession some people have with football. Even in the past ive been a football widower. Even women are obsessed with it, and boy did i learn to stay out the way if her team lost badly.

It is looking pretty good so far. Everyone except Arsenal and Tottenham losing daft games and it is great to see United get a few beatings. I felt Fergies "mind games" were only papering over a lot of the cracks that have been growing for years now, And you are a Newcastle fan? Hard luck on that one.:P

Liverpool's good start to the season.... and we are top of the EPL as i type this. Woohooooooo :). Here's to Arsenal and Chelski losing...
