This is one of the few times when I preordered a game and I just can't wait! But there's no time indicatior like on steam! So is it ready at the same time or maybe even faster? Cause I'm running out of first impressions videos on youtube!

What game?

And it depends. Sometimes it's coordinated at the same time as Steam, other times it's simply on the same day, in which case GOG tends to release sooner, probably because they're in an earlier timezone.

Something like this will be down to the devs and publisher and when they state it can go live on the various different platforms. A lot of the time with Steam releases they unlock at 6pm UK time (About 20 minutes from now) if they aren't a top title. Borderlands 2 and RAGE for example I preloaded and they were ready to go when I got up in the morning.

Castlevania though the other week with not being a top tier release unlocked just after 6pm here and then a little while to download the 13Gb data. I had to restart the Steam client a few times as I was getting a little impatient waiting for it to be pushed out to the users.
