Last weekend, I contacted gog.com to ask a question and the page said

Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes.

I looked on https://www.gog.com/en/myaccount/ and there is still no message. I even sent it twice because I thought I might have clicked cancel instead of send, and because I forgot to include my (real) name. I don't expect that it is answered already, since I sent it at the weekend, but it makes me think I did something wrong and I don't want to send it a third time. Can anyone help?

You won't see a record of your message in your account details because GOG removed that entire system several months ago. We're *still* waiting for them to provide a working support system.
Get used to it. Between all of the fantastic game releases, updates, new downloader, and securing new deals these losers get nothing done.;)

I'd rather they get a working support system so they can provide real support for the games they already sell, before they start selling even more :)
Welcome to GOG, RFS81! This is a great community with great games.

Unfortunately, GOG's customer service isn't always the easiest way to get answers.

But as I said, we really do have a great community, so whatever your problem is, please feel free to ask us here in the Forums. If its about a specific game, ask in its specific Forum. If its something general, ask in the main Forum here. Whatever the problem is, the chances are very good that one of us has experienced it & can offer our help.
Thanks for the replys.

@ChaunceyK:
I have already posted my question. Someone told me that I should better contact gog about this and I marked it as solved. Anyway, here is the thread:
http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/more_payment_methods_in_the_near_future

I guess this is indeed something only a person working for gog could answer. Are they on the forum sometimes? My question was if they plan to allow new ways of payment in the near future (like direct debit, click and buy or paysafecard). For example, gamersgate allows payment by direct debit, which I found very convenient.
They do show up on the Forums sometimes, and yes this is something only they could definitely answer. But its still good that you posted the question, because with so many threads already in our Forums, it might have been asked & answered already.

So, as long as you're here, what GOGs have you bought? I'm a big turn-based RPG fan, so my favorites are Fallout 1 & 2, Arcanum, and Might & Magic 3-5.
I checked my spam filter today and I found replys from gog. So it was all my fault ;)

@ChaunceyK:
I have bought nothing at all at gog yet, although I have physical copies of some games here. I like mostly rpgs, strategy and adventures. Currently I am playing Monkey Island II (on Steam) and now and then a game of Master of Orion II or Galactic Civilization II. I also have Baldur's Gate (Complete Collection) and Planescape Torment waiting to be played. I have already played them in German (although I never completed Baldur's Gate 1 and Planescape). I'd like to replay them in English, and since they are cheap now, I bought them again. It's also nice to have them on DVDs. No need to play DJ any more.
(Baldur's Gate I got really bad voice acting and translation in German...the guy(s) who did the translation obviously thought "orphan" was a proper name. If they don't know a word, they don't look it up, it must of course be a proper name!)

Your favorites are great, but I like Baldur's Gate better. And no mention of M&M VI ? I think this game is the best of the series (that I have played). And you can always switch combat into turn-based mode.
M&M 6 was a big change in the game series & I wasn't willing to give it a chance back then. But now that I have it as part of the M&M 6-pack, I might give it a try.
