Sorry for posting this here, but i need the answer now... ;-P

There is a new version of the "PS:T Ultimate WeiDU Fixpack", can i just install it over my modded installation of the game (i already have PS:T Ultimate WeiDU Fixpack installed) or do i have to reinstall everything ?
I dont talk about savegames, i will start a new game anyway...i just want to know if it is possible to "update" to a new version of the Fixpack without uninstallation of the old one.

Well WeiDU installers are usually relatively intelligent, so ... You can try and see.

... how about making back-up of the old Planescape installation? I mean, if the game still works after the update, there's a good chance it will continue to do so. If not, you restore backup.

Sorry no time to do a backup, also i cant just risk it.

If you started backing it up 2 hours ago, you would have about 10 of them by now, with at least 2 backup DVDs burned and maybe you'd even manage to draw a custom cover art :-P
