I'm curious as to what those complaints are. I played the game several months ago and didn't have any problems with the controls (maybe it's just the 360 controls that are troublesome). As for the game itself, it's a reasonably fun action-RPG, although nothing particularly spectacular. My own complaints would be that the latter half of the game feels like it's on rails (with pointless filler thrown in for good measure), and the ending is basically just a kick in the balls (although the upcoming expansion is supposed to continue the story).
