Hi people.
I was wondering if anybody new any good side scrollers for the DS Lite that could be picked up cheaply. I've played Castlevania: DOS, but I'm hungry for more side-scrolling action. Any platformer with RPG elements would be good (Leveling system, lots of weapons, etc). I also enjoy games like Metal slug though. (I haven't got MS7)
offhand I can think of Contra 4, Bangai-O Spirits, Mega Man Zero Collection, Mega Man ZX/ZX Advent, Henry Hatsworth and the Puzzling Adventure, and Monster Tale. Though I haven't played most of those (just Bangai O and Mega Man).

Is bangai-O any good (I dislike Megaman games)

unlike the 64/DC version and like the 360 version, Bangai O Spirits is a score attack game with over a hundred stages lasting a few seconds to a few minutes where you pick a weapon loadout and try to clear out all the enemies while collecting fruit for extra points. The gimmick of the game is having hundreds of projectiles on the screen at once, and being able to counterattack with up to a hundred missiles at once depending on how much you charge and the risk you're in.

(also, the Zero/ZX games play pretty differently than the classic/X games. More mission oriented, much less powerup rock paper scissors, harsh scoring, etc. but that's fair I guess)
Sounds cool.
I wish they had made a metroid platformer for the DS. Although Aliens infestation also looks good.
Doesn't the DS have a few Kirby games? I've heard those have some RPG elements.
